Going on 16 years, each morning at six o’clock Hamid and Sima open the doors to Zabie’s Neighborhood Cafe located at the corner of 30th Street and Ocean Park Blvd in Santa Monica. The couple of almost forty years has made their restaurant into a home away from home for their guests adding that touch of warmth and care only a mother can provide. It’s a place where friends, family and food lovers (and even the occasional pooches) come together to eat delicious food in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

At Zabie’s Neighborhood Cafe we hand pick our ingredients almost daily to ensure we deliver high quality, fresh and delicious meals to our guests. We are a gourmet café offering a variety of healthy breakfast and lunch options as well as staple comfort foods. Zabie’s is famous for its 8-ounce burger ground fresh on site, the Z’s Steak Salad, breakfast scrambles and eight vegan soups made fresh daily.  For dessert, our organic red velvet cupcakes are a neighborhood favorite.
